Fabian's ideal home

Handsome boy Fabian is a 2 year old German Shepherd cross that is looking for a loving home to call his own. He can live with another calm dog in the home, pending a successful meet here at the center. As Fabian can be a little bit worried, he is best suited to a home with older secondary school children that will give him the time and patience he needs to flourish. He hasn't spent a huge amount of time alone, so this would need to be build up gradually in the home. Fabian does feel braver in the company of women, so he may need some extra time and treats being introduced to any males he may live with. He does, though, love a good fuss and once he is settled, will be an absolute lovebug.

Fabian is looking for a patient, caring family that will open up his previously sheltered world gradually and offer him reassurance along the way. He loves his sniffy walks, and he walks beautifully on the lead! He is friendly with other dogs as loves a good play with calmer dogs, however he can be a bit overwhelmed if they are a bit too exuberant. Fabian, having never lived in a home before, will need help building confidence in this environment. He will be the most wonderful companion when he finds his perfect home.
