About This Dog for Adoption

Sadie's ideal home

A beautiful Shepherd with bundles of love ready to give, meet Sadie! Friendly, yet sensitive at times, Sadie is eager to find a calm and quiet home, with dedicated adopters, where the youngest members of her family are of secondary-school age. Her perfect match would be with a family who are keen to support her with some additional training and general confidence building, especially around her reactivity when seeing other dogs. This is something Sadie is currently working on whilst in our care, and our training team will be ready to provide guidance to her potential adopters. Sadie needs to be the only pet at home and requires walks in quieter areas, so that she can fully relax and enjoy her walks in peace. A garden of her own is essential and it would be preferred that there are no neighbouring dogs. Sadie is housetrained, but as with all dogs, she is likely to need support settling into a new toileting routine.

Could you be Sadie's perfect match?

Sadie is a fun-loving and playful girl who adores a game with her toys and would appreciate a big toy box to choose from. Her current favourites are soft toys and squishy balls and offering her a game of fetch is a brilliant way to gain her friendship. She can be a little on the shy side at first but quickly warms up to people and will make strong, lasting bonds with those who spend quality time with her. She’s a great traveller in the car and will love to join her family on relaxing walks in the woodlands or quiet countryside. Sadie is a dog you just have to meet in person to see how wonderful she truly is, and her future family will be very lucky to have her.
