The sweetest girl Mae is a 1 and a half year old German Shepherd cross who is keen to show off how clever she is with her tricks and skills. She has just learnt to play with toys, and she thinks they are the best, she will chase after them and then will run around with them in her mouth. She is growing in confidence every single day, once she builds a bond with you, she will be your best friend and shadow. Mae likes to lean on you and approaches you for support and encouragement. This super cute girl is looking for a new home to call her own.

Mae is looking for a calm and predictable home with loving and active adopters who can take her on sniffy adventures, who will take the time to help her settle in and provide her with fun and stimulating enrichment to keep her clever brain busy. She is quite a worried girl who looks to her trusted people for reassurance so could live with older secondary school children who are confident around a larger dog, who approach at her pace, who will play with her nicely and will give her space to rest when needed. Mae likes all of the attention to herself, so is looking to be the only pet in the home, she would benefit from having polite and calm walking buddies who will give her space and help her to build confidence around socialising with other dogs. Mae is a clever girl, she is eager to engage in training in short, sweet sessions as long as a tasty treat is on offer. She would like a home with a private, secure garden for her to potter about in at her leisure whilst building her confidence with the outside world. Mae finds being left quite worrying so is looking to have someone home the majority of the time, especially to begin with, any leaving time would need to be built up slowly once she has had time to settle into her new home.
