About This Dog

Bear's ideal home

Bear is an absolutley handsome German Shepherd who has come to us through no fault of his own and is ready to find his happy ever after. Bear is looking for a home who is GSD savvy and comfortable and confident with large dogs. Due to Bear's size and sometimes, nervousness, any youngsters in the house would need to be 16+.

Bear is 5 years old and has stolen the hearts of everyone that he has met here! He is very big for his breed and a striking chap. Bear likes other dogs but needs the right matches to play with or live with, especially due to his size and his puppy like playstyle. Bear is going to need to be given time to settle into his new home as he finds change a little bit unsettling, but it doesn't take him too long. The same applies to time alone, this will need to be slowly built up over time as he gets used to his new routines and settles, as he does like to be with us humans.
