About This Dog for Adoption

Troy's ideal home

3 year old Troy is a finding kennels quite stressful and would really like to find a home with an active family who can give him the stimulation he needs. Troy can live with older teenagers 16+ who are comfortable around large bouncy dogs and are able to respect his space giving him time to chill out. He can be strong on he lead at first as he loves being outside sniffing about, he is quite vocal and reactive on seeing other dogs so would benefit from a quiet location. Troy will need his own secure garden to burn off some energy and use his nose to explore. We have no previous history for Troy so any leaving time should be built up slowly and any new adopters will need to meet Troy here at the center multiple times before going home. Knowledge of the breed would be advisable.

Could you be Troy's perfect match?

Troy is young dog and full of playful energy but sometimes finds his emotions a bit confusing, he will need a stable home with a family that can slowly introduce him to the world. He loves human interaction and will look for reassurance from his carers, Troy takes his treats nicely so this will be helpful to build a bond and for further training. This stunning boy will be a wonderful addition to the family and will thrive in a loving home. Apply today and put him in your favourites if you can offer Troy a forever home.
