About This Dog

Gerrard's ideal home

Gerrard can live with high school aged children but needs to be the only pet, although he can walk with some dogs. He is house trained and has been good when left for an hour or two, but isn't used to being alone longer than that. Gerrard is currently receiving pain relief for hip pain and this may be ongoing.

Could you be Gerrard's perfect match?

Gerrard is turning heads on every walk because he's an absolute hunk! This stunning lad is very friendly and loves to stop people to introduce himself, but he can sometimes get a little giddy. Gerrard walks nicely on his lead but if he spots something he wants to take a closer look at, he takes off and can be very strong, so best that he's walked by adults. He loves to chase after toys and happily brings them back, but giving them up is another matter! We're teaching him to drop and swap so we can keep the game going. When meeting other dogs, Gerrard does have mixed reactions and seems to be more comfortable around females. We know he has been good with them in his previous home so he may feel more comfortable once he's settled back into steady home life.
