Wendy is a sensitive dog and will need a home free of children under 16 and other pets. She is house trained but will need any alone time to be built up gradually.

Wendy is a stunning six year old German Shepherd in need of an understanding family to welcome her in. She's been through some changes recently and is looking for stability and love in a quiet environment. She doesn't like shouting or loud noises and she lacks confidence but Wendy is a friendly dog who will happily say hello to new people if they are appropriately introduced. When she first arrived at the centre Wendy was quite vocal around the other dogs but she has since settled and no longer objects to them walking by her. She does sometimes like to carry a toy which helps, and shows some great potential for having canine friends if it's gone about the correct way. Wendy loves toys and will get hold of one in her mouth and then launch it at you to throw for her! She really is a lovely girl with a lot of potential and will blossom in the right environment, as long as her family are wiling to be patient and understanding with her.
