About This Dog for Adoption

Chance's ideal home

Chance can live with teenagers but will need to be the only pet at home. He is house trained and has been used to being left alone for a couple of hours once settled. He has guarded items on occasion so should be left alone when he has something good, or taught to trade.

Could you be Chance's perfect match?

Chance is a handsome lad who loves a bum scratch! He's super smart and knows lots of different tricks, and can even use buttons to let you know what he wants. Chance is incredibly friendly and will happily say hello to anyone, he's very confident when meeting people and likes to make friends, and he would thrive with a family that want to keep him mentally stimulated and see what else he could learn. When it comes to other dogs Chance is quite reactive, but there is potential there for him to become a little more sociable. He likes his environment to be relatively quiet and does tend to react more when he can see dogs coming, His reactions have been more positive when he has been surprised by dogs and it seems more that he doesn't know how to interact with them. Advice and guidance on this is always available from our training team. Chance is a fabulous dog who loves his walks and playtimes, and any family would be lucky to welcome him.
