Nala is a sweet, friendly 7 Year Old German Shepherd who really enjoys human company and affection, happily seeking out attention and settling well once comfortable. She is confident in everyday environments such as passing traffic and has made great progress with car travel, now hopping into the back seat with ease. She enjoys social interaction with other dogs once introduced and would benefit from a home who can continue to build positive interactions.

Nala is seeking a home with secondary school–aged children and above. Due to some lead reactivity, we are looking for adopters to be comfortable keeping Nala on the lead out and about and she is best suited to be the only dog in the household. She can't live with cats; however, Nala could potentially live alongside small furries if they are kept seperate A home with prior breed knowledge, or adopters willing to undertake breed-specific research would be great. Any leaving hours will need to be built up gradually to help Nala settle comfortably.
