Casey's ideal home
Meet our golden girl, Casey! She's a 10 year old German Shepherd who is currently living off site in a foster home where she is thoroughly enjoying all the comforts of home life. Casey has settled right into home life like she's always been there. She is housetrained and quite content to be left for an hour or so, which we think could be gradually built up. Casey loves people and is a friend to everyone she meets out and about on her walkies or any visitors that come to say hello. We think Casey would be happy around any age children providing that she can have time to relax when she needs to and following a meeting here at the centre. Casey has been quite happy meeting other dogs on her walkies and we think she could happily share her home with one. She loves her walkies and likes to sniff and explore and also travels well in the car.

Casey loves to play with her toys, but hasn't quite mastered the art of fetch just yet. She also knows a few tricks, which she's happy to show off for a treat or two! Her favourite is a paw or high five, which always gets the best rewards! As an older girl, Casey does have some ongoing medical needs that her new family will need to consider, our team here at the centre would be happy to discuss her needs with any potential adopters.
