Shadow is a gentle, sensitive girl aged 6 years and 6 months who’s looking for a calm, understanding home. She can be suspicious and kennel avoidant when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, she’ll approach politely. Out and about, Shadow enjoys exploring new areas at her own pace, though she can be a little worried in unfamiliar surroundings. Around other dogs, she shows polite but conflicted behaviour—curious but cautious, with a few lip licks and stiff body language so while she doesn’t want to live with another dog, she could enjoy walking alongside calm canine companions. Shadow would be best suited to a home with children aged 14 and over who can respect her space and help her feel secure.
