Hello.....is it Thor you're looking for? Thor is a lovely 18 month old German Shepherd x Husky. Thor's ideal home would be as an only pet and where the youngest are secondary school aged who have had some experience with big and sometimes bouncy dogs. Thor doesn't like being left for long periods at a time, so he will need adopters who are happy to keep him company all of the time initially until he has settled in. A secure garden for him to enjoy would be lovely. Thor is very worried by walking on slippery flooring, such as tiles, so adopters should consider if they can manage this in their home. Thor has hip dysplasia which will likely require ongoing pain relief and management. This will be discussed in full at application. If you rent your property, please ensure you have written permission from your landlord before applying for a dog.

Thor is a friendly boy who has found himself at our centre through no fault of his own. He's quite the socialite, always eager to greet everyone with a warm hello and never shy about requesting a snuggle and some affection. While Thor enjoys meeting up with other dogs, his hip dysplasia means we're seeking a home where he can be the only pet. He is currently living in a foster home where he enjoys going on outings in the car followed by a snooze in the evenings. Thor is a very sweet boy who we are sure will be a lovely addition to his new family. Could you be the forever home Thor is looking for?
