Koda's ideal home
Koda has been worried by strangers but does build a bond very quickly once he learns to trust you, so his new home needs to be adult only. As Koda has been in kennels a while, he will need adopters that have a separate space for him to settle, where he can then slowly integrate fully into the home. He will need a private and secure garden with at least 6 feet fencing as he could jump over lower fencing if the opportunity arose! Koda may be able to live with another dog, but only if he is to be an outdoor dog, as he wouldn’t suit sharing a home. He has also shown to have quite a high prey drive, so cannot live with cats/small furries, and he will need to be kept on a lead out and about.

This bouncy boy is our beautiful Koda! He is a wonderful 2-year-old Shepherd x Husky who is looking for an active home that will keep up with him on adventures, exploring the world. Koda is a super clever boy who is eager to learn and picks up new things quickly, which will be invaluable for his ongoing training! Koda is also a super affectionate boy with people he knows and has a sweet soul, behind his outbursts of energy and zoomies! You can find Koda using his nose to find tasty treats or in the car waiting to go on hikes with his handlers. This brilliant boy truly is a friend for life once you’re in his gang and is always making his handlers smile and laugh at his antics!
