German shepherd cross for rehome

About This Dog
It is with a heavy heart that we are looking to Rehome our one year old male german shepherd cross labradoodle. He is the most loving and energetic boy who loves running around, playing with his toys, digging holes and taking lots of naps.
Unfortunately, he has become too dominant around my children and is too strong for me to handle on my own. He would not purposely hurt them as he’s very gentle however he doesn’t realise his size and can often knock them over/ jump up when he gets excited and I have to put their safety first. It is important to note, he is really hard to walk on a lead as he’s strong, we take him to secure fields so that he can run around freely. Because of this I am looking for someone with a lot of time and patience for our lovely boy that can offer him lots of exercise and love. Happy to answer any questions. Adult only homes. He will most likely need to be the only pet in the home.
He is not neutered.
