Breeding dogs nowadays is not focused only on improving the exterior. The real flourishing of cynology, the availability of scientific literature and work with specialists caused that the breeding goals expanded enormously. Dogs are the animal species that definitely live closest to humans, thousands of years of evolution are behind it. However, it should be noted that our world is changing very dynamically. Especially the last 50 years can be called a real technological boom: the streets are swarming with cars, the sky with planes, the buildings are full of colors, large screens are attacking everywhere, giant advertisements, less and less natural greenery, more and more concrete jungle.
It is therefore the duty of the breeder to properly prepare the puppies to enter this difficult world, so that they can accompany their human without fear. What character a dog will have in adult life is a kind of resultant of inherited traits and experiences they gained during puppyhood.
Puppy socialization is easy to understand in theory. It is a conscious, gradual familiarization of the puppy with new stimuli that the dog may encounter in adult life. It's about preparing a dog child for various circumstances so that they can deal with in the future without unnecessary stress.
We start the socialization process from the first days of our puppies' life.

German Shepherd Buying Checklist
We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a German Shepherd.
- View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
- If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
- Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
- By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
Avoid Potential Scams
There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:
- Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
- Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
- Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
- Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
- Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
