Kooper

Kenilworth, Warks10 weeks

Description

Kooper's ideal home

Kooper has found himself back in our care for no fault of his own. He is a big beautiful boy with lots of love and fun to give to a special someone. He needs a patient adult only home with minimal visitors where he can find his paws and gain his confidence. He can take time building a relationship, but once he does you'll have a friend for life! Kooper loves playing with other dogs and could share his forever home with one following a successful meeting here at the centre. He is a really clever lad and picks up learning new things very quickly. Kooper is trained to wear his muzzle out and about on walks, which he knows just how handsome he looks! He isn't a bit fan of seeing the vet, so his new family will need to be confident continuing his positive training and helping him with his worries and fears. Kooper has been in a home previously where he has been housetrained and able to be left for short periods on his own, however this was with another dog for company. Kooper must have his own secure garden, where he can play fetch all day long!

Could you be Kooper's perfect match?

Koopers adopters will need to be committed to making multiple visits to the centre to build a relationship with him and must be happy to get involved with his ongoing training here at the centre. He will make a wonderful and rewarding companion for his new family.

Buying Checklist

German Shepherd Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a German Shepherd.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
