Tommy's ideal home
Tommy was born at Dogs Trust Shrewsbury but unfortunately returned after being in a home for four years. Now, he's seeking owners who understand his breed and are ready to embrace his cheeky personality. Due to his stealing and guarding behaviour, Tommy requires an adult-only home without other dogs. However, with time and patience, he could potentially develop friendships dogs out and about. It is important for any potential adopters to live local to the centre as you will need to meet Tommy on multiple occasions to build a relationship. Tommy has some medical needs that our vet team can discuss.

Tommy is always ready for adventure, His love for tennis balls is unmatched, making playtime an absolute joy he is already in training to be the new ball boy at Wimbledon but we’re working on getting the ball back. Tommy's not just all fun and games; he's a smart boy who already knows tricks like sit and paw. For those who enjoy training, Tommy is the paw-fact candidate to practice with. Tommy does have the occasional fuss and affection but he’d much rather be on the go so those moments are very special when he comes and gives you a little nudge on the arm for some love.
